Durability Director
The Durability Director is new for Hyperworks 10.0. The Durability Director manages the flow of information during the entire Durability Simulation process, from generating loads to predicting the life of the component. The complete results of the analysis are stored in a well organized directory structure for future reference and use.
- Three different simulation flows are supported for different design processes.
- The process tool is an open architecture to allow local customization of the process.
- Durability Director supports common industry tools such as MotionSolve, ADAMS, RADIOSS, NASTRAN, HBM nCode, DesignLife, FEMFAT and FE-Fatigue.
- The automated process manager permits rapid prediction of the design performance and enables optimization of the system using rapid iterations to improve the design.
